As the Team Lead Backend Engineering, you will lead a team of backend and full stack engineers and guide them in making architecture and design decisions. You will support the product owners in developing high-end products and help sonnen scale. You will also oversee hiring and growth of the software engineering team and coach them to raise quality and improve technical alignment and growth. Additionally, you will advise on architectural design standards and collaborate with other team leads.
