The Project and Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer requirements are understood and well documented, and managing cross-functional implementation projects of the company's software at customers. They also consult customers on how to get the full value from the software and contribute to the product innovation roadmap. The ideal candidate should have a permanent residence and work permit in Germany, proficiency in German or English, a degree in a scientific, technical, or economic field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They should also have experience with implementing enterprise software, the ability to lead customers and internal teams, and experience working with stock-listed companies in an industrial environment. Strong interest in sustainability and industrial transformation is also required.
