Intro

The Human Resources Payroll Senior Advisor is responsible for monthly payroll and benefit administration for the Central region, ensuring compliance with local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements. They collaborate with the global team, local HR, and Shared Services on payroll-related matters and provide expert advice and guidance. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field, along with 3-5 years of HR and Payroll experience. They should have extensive knowledge of Germany's payroll regulations and reporting requirements and be proficient in using HR and payroll software. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required, as well as fluency in German and English. The role may require some travel.

Aufgaben

  • Responsible for monthly payroll and benefit administration
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll tax regulations
  • Administration of benefits, health and safety, and other local policies and practices
  • Collaborate with global team, local HR, and Shared Services on payroll-related matters
  • Review and approve payroll inputs, provide insightful reports, and facilitate accurate payroll disbursement
  • Act as the local contact point for HR and payroll queries
  • HR admin support, drafting contracts, addendums, keeping HR systems up to date, preparing reports
  • Provide service on a wide range of people topics in compliance with local regulation and company processes

Anforderungen

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR and Payroll experience
  • Extensive knowledge of German payroll regulations and reporting requirements
  • Proficient in using HR and payroll software; experience with ServiceNow is a plus
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements linked to HR practices
  • Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage
  • Hands-on attitude and proactive working style
  • Ability to utilize various HR (SAP), IT systems, and tools
  • Good organizational skills
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • Some travel may be required
