  • Managing the commercial activities on Matsmart.se: including campaigns, promotions, headers and feature pages.
  • Use historical sales data, market trends and upcoming commercial activations to forecast demand accurately.
  • Analyzing daily sales & categories, customer behavior & site performance, market trends & competitor activities to identify customers needs and act accordingly to drive sales. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and make informed decisions.
  • With the help of a Publisher, you will be responsible for the quality of the content on the product pages.
  • Optimize stock levels, minimize overstock or understock situations, and reduce costs. Implement effective inventory control measures.
  • Collaborate with the purchasers team to set competitive pricing that maximizes profitability while remaining attractive to customers.
  • Optimize internal search, navigation and ranking, based on customer behavior
  • Work closely with other Merchandisers and a CRM Manager in the Nordics to increase & optimize sales every day
  • Work closely with other departments: marketing, design & purchasers and customer services to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.


  • Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and an analytical mind.
  • Interest in driving results and improving our ways of working.
  • Interest in customer behaviors and trends - a strong understanding for customer needs
  • Previous experience in online sales, minimum 2-3 years.
  • Excellent Swedish and English written and verbal communication skills.
