As a technical sourcer, you will work closely with the people and culture team to identify and engage with top talent to support EcoG's long-term objectives. Your responsibilities will include understanding hiring needs, developing talent acquisition strategies, engaging with prospective candidates, conducting screenings, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Talent Scout or Recruiter, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in utilizing online platforms for sourcing and engaging talent.
