The role of a Bar Verōnika Runner at Fotografiska Berlin is to provide operational support to ensure service excellence is delivered to all members and guests. They are responsible for safely delivering food from the kitchen to the table, assisting with table-side food service, setting up and packing down bread stations, and following the Sequence of Service set by the Verōnika leadership team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hospitality and food and beverage environments. They should have in-depth knowledge of the restaurant and bar menu items, maintain cleanliness and organization in server stations, and provide impeccable customer service. The Bar Verōnika Runner should also be flexible, able to adapt to changing environments, and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
