The Efficacy & Learning Research Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of an educational product on young children’s learning outcomes. They will lead the design, implementation, and analysis of research studies, working closely with cross-functional teams to inform product development and improvements. The ideal candidate will have a master’s or doctoral degree in educational psychology, child development, learning sciences, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of research experience preferably with young children. Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies is essential, as well as knowledge of early childhood development and data analysis software. Excellent project management and communication skills are also required. This is a full-time remote position.
