    <p>The Content Creation Manager at BIH Digital Health Accelerator is responsible for creating target group-oriented content formats and managing the outreach for the program. They will develop content concepts, manage the website and social media platforms, and support event management. The ideal candidate should have a master's degree in media and communication sciences or a related field, at least five years of experience in digital communication and content creation, and proficiency in English and German. The position offers a full-time permanent contract with competitive remuneration and benefits.</p>
    <h2>Aufgaben</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Create target group-oriented content formats and content on the BIH DHA program at Charité</li><li>Manage the entire outreach for the BIH DHA program online and in print</li><li>Develop existing content further and develop new content concepts</li><li>Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of events</li><li>Perform performance analysis on content and outreach and create reports and recommendations</li>
    </ul>
    <h2>Anforderungen</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Successfully completed academic university degree with a focus on media and communication sciences, journalism, marketing, or a comparable field of study</li><li>At least five years of professional experience in the field of digital communication with content creation, social media, and community management</li><li>Relevant experience with the creation and execution of online advertising campaigns and content creation</li><li>Relevant experience in CMS management (Wordpress) and SEO</li><li>Relevant experience with graphics software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)</li><li>Professional experience in event management is a plus</li><li>Business fluent in written and spoken English and very good German skills</li>
