Intro

Als Manager Energy Transition bei Qair bist du Teil des Teams Bewertung & Projektfinanzierung und baust neue Geschäftsfelder wie grünen Wasserstoff oder Speicher auf. Du analysierst, entwickelst und modellierst neue Geschäftsfelder und übernimmst die Verantwortung zur Umsetzung und Steuerung von Pilotprojekten. Du entwickelst Business Cases für neue Projekte und arbeitest eng mit anderen Teammitgliedern und Projektentwicklern zusammen. Außerdem baust du ein internationales Netzwerk auf und nimmst an relevanten Konferenzen teil. Du solltest ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund haben. Kenntnisse in Excel und Office-Paket sind erforderlich, Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie Python oder JavaScript sind von Vorteil. Du solltest eine proaktive und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise haben und analytisch denken können. Gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sind ebenfalls wichtig.

Aufgaben

Analyzing, developing, and modeling new business fields such as hydrogen, storage, PPA
Taking responsibility for the implementation and control of pilot projects
Developing and preparing business cases for new projects
Working together with team colleagues and project developers to prepare decision templates for investment committees for your new projects
Managing external service providers such as technical consultants or power marketers
Building a (international) network and participating in relevant conferences
Enjoying analyzing new projects, understanding them, and being able to translate them into a financial model for project evaluation
Actively and independently communicating with external partners such as banks, lawyers, and consultants

Anforderungen

Curiosity about the development in renewable energies and passion for the topics in this industry
Completed studies as a business engineer, engineer, or natural scientist with a focus on business administration
Enjoy discovering new fields in renewables and have an affinity for economic, commercial, and technical contexts
Solid knowledge of Excel (and VBA), enjoy working with it, and familiar with the Office package. An advantage would also be an interest in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
Proactive and implementation-oriented way of working, structured and analytical thinking
Detail-oriented in the development and preparation of a business plan
Clear communication style, able to explain complex issues clearly
Very good English in writing and speaking, knowledge of French is an advantage - our team works a lot with international contacts from the Qair group
Flexibility: We are a small team, also take on special projects, and have very diverse tasks that we work on closely and often in parallel
