You as Assistant to CPO provide efficient support to the CPO in all organisational and administrative matters as well as manage the official email account of the CPO. This includes managing the planning instruments for projects and related financial planning tools.

Your contribution will be

• Corresponding with and supporting colleagues and external partners
• Scheduling and organising meetings and workshops including arrangements such as location, catering, etc. as well as travel arrangements
• Preparing presentations for international meetings
• Communicating with internal and external partners and authorities on a national/international level
• Keeping minutes during meetings
• Creating and handling expense notes and credit card billing
• Being responsible for contract and invoice management as well as the filing
• Administrating the contact database CRM and the e-mail traffic
• Checking time registrations in agreement with the CPO
• Supporting the CPO in diverse projects and topics, such as quality management, legal, HR and organisational development

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Work experience as an assistant, preferably in an international environment 
• Excellent English, German skills desirable
• Experience with Office 365 and virtual communication tools, e.g. MS Teams
• Multitasking and organisational skills
• Ability to work accurately while meeting deadlines 
• High level of responsibility and personal drive as well as a trustworthy personality
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
