Your contribution will be
- Supporting the Director Brand and Marketing in all organisation and brand strategy and marketing-related topics
- Assisting in any project-related matters and supporting event coordination for the IAWS and Animal Welfare Award
- Being responsible for the calendar, time and travel management as well as meeting arrangements (including taking minutes) for the Director Brand & Marketing
- Setting up and executing projects related to the Global Brand Strategy, Marketing and AR department
- Developing marketing-related presentations, papers and reports
- Supporting project-related topics for the international Brand and Marketing team
- Overseeing the Brand and Marketing department budget and being responsible for HR-related topics and the CRM database
- Being part of the Ambassador Relations Team including building and implementing projects and relationship management of high-level contacts
- Facilitating inter-departmental and cross-departmental meetings according to the FOUR PAWS facilitation framework
- Doing various research activities
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Solid experience in the field of assistance or similar position
- Working experience in the brand and/ or marketing field, as an advantage
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and German
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work based on business requirements
- Well-structured and organised with the ability to work in an international team
- Exceptional solution and goal-oriented, highly motivated and open-minded personality
- Driving licence and willingness to travel
- Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS issues and values
