At CleverShuttle, we believe in emission-free and affordable mobility for all. “On-demand” is a new concept in public transport that creates unlimited access to sustainable mobility, so that no one feels they are missing out by not having their own car. We aim to achieve this by efficiently marshalling the strengths that distinguish us, namely a motivated team, data driven analytics and process excellence. 

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Intelligence team who focuses on analyzing CleverShuttles brands. CleverShuttle currently executes more than 15 individual on demand service-brands for public transport authorities throughout Germany. In your role you will tackle the diversity among these brands in scale, business partners and software setup and turn data into meaningful action.  

Your responsibilities 

  • Analyze and develop models and reports for brand performance tracking and optimization 

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis independently, translate and communicate results to leadership and key stakeholders 

  • Interact with general managers and key business stakeholders, gain a deep understanding of the needs and translate this into actions 

  • Provide recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve brand performance and measurement  


About you 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the fields of Business Intelligence, Analytics or Data Science

  • Ability to conduct complex data heavy analysis 

  • Solid skills with SQL and Python / R / Julia or comparable 

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights quickly 

  • Familiar with data visualization software (e.g. PowerBI) 

  • Team player who likes to collaborate with colleagues and business stakeholders 

  • Fluency in English and German is required
