    <p>BayWa r.e. is seeking a Business Development Manager Energy Storage to join their team in Belgium. The role involves analyzing regulations, identifying opportunities for energy storage projects, negotiating land contracts, coordinating technical design, and managing the development and permitting process. The ideal candidate has an academic degree in a technical, economic, or planning-related field, 2-5 years of work experience in a similar field, and affinity to the renewable energy market. French and English language skills are required, and Dutch language skills are a plus.</p>
    <h2>Aufgaben</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Analyze local and national regulations</li><li>Create and maintain a network</li><li>Identify opportunities for potential BESS projects</li><li>Initiate and manage the development of BESS</li><li>Meet with landowners to introduce BESS opportunities</li><li>Negotiate and close land contracts</li><li>Prepare business case and techno-economic analysis</li><li>Coordinate technical design of BESS</li><li>Drive and represent the development and permitting process</li><li>Deliver ready-to-build projects</li><li>Process actions, reporting, and project management</li>
    </ul>
    <h2>Anforderungen</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Academic degree in a technical, economic, or planning-related field</li><li>2-5 years' work experience in a similar field</li><li>Affinity to the renewable energy market</li><li>Experience in managing business cases and project analysis</li><li>Experience in real estate or land acquisition</li><li>Experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook</li><li>Full command of French and English</li>
