As a hybrid between a Business Analyst and a Creative Business Strategist, the ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping a growth strategy by combining visionary creativity with deep analysis. They will work closely with the CMO and key stakeholders across Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Finland, and Sweden to define and experiment with finding sustainable and profitable growth. The successful candidate will have a consultative skillset, growth strategy know-how, autonomous and multidisciplinary working experience, referral program expertise, and good communication and pitching skills.
