Wildling Shoes ist ein 2015 gegründetes Unternehmen, welches Minimalschuhe für Kinder und Erwachsene kreiert, produziert und vertreibt. Unsere Schuhe werden in Portugal fair hergestellt und bestehen zum Großteil aus Naturstoffen aus biologischem Anbau (lederfrei). Wir sind Teil der Re:generation. Als solcher tragen wir das Erbe von Klimawandel und sozialer Ungerechtigkeit. Aber: Wir haben eine Vision. Eine experimentelle Utopie, die wir wahr machen wollen. Durch radikale Zusammenarbeit, durch das Gehen neuer Wege. Deine Mission bei uns...

Als Content Strategy Specialist (m/w/d) sorgst du dafür, dass die Kommunikationskampagnen auf der Wildling Website und unseren Social Media Kanälen sowohl die Wildling Kundschaft als auch Interessent:innen inspirieren und informieren. Sie unterstützen die Produkte und Projekte von Wildling authentisch nach außen zu kommunizieren und sind markenbildend. Außerdem schaffen sie Awareness, ermöglichen das Erreichen neuer Zielgruppen und fördern die Interaktion mit der Wildling Community.

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Strategie der Kommunikationskampagnen mit dem Schwerpunkt Social Media und Website Content mithilfe erfolgreicher Teamarbeit.
• Du stellst mit deinen starken und kreativen Kampagnenideen eine purpose-orientierte und zielgerichtete Kommunikation sicher. 
• Du förderst ein authentisches Storytelling in enger Abstimmung mit internen Teams und weiteren Kommunikationskanälen und sorgst somit für eine klare Markenidentität in unseren Social-Media-Accounts (Fokus Instagram).
• Du interpretierst Daten zu Social Media Aktivitäten, Kundenfeedbacks und Webseiten-Inhalten (via Google Analytics) zur Förderung von Interaktion und Reichweite.
• Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit unserem Visual-Arts-Team einen modernen, frischen Look für Wildlings Social-Media-Accounts entsprechend unserer Brand Values. 
• Du verstehst die Spezifikationen der unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen und optimierst die Kommunikationskampagnen dahingehend.

Wildling Shoes was founded in 2015 and creates, produces and distributes minimal shoes for children and adults. Our shoes are fairly produced in Portugal and are mostly made of natural materials from organic farming (leather-free). We are part of the Re:generation. And yes, as such we have inherited climate chaos and social injustice. But we are determined to create an experimental utopia. Through collaboration, through new paths. Your mission...

as a Content Strategy Specialist (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the strategy of communication campaigns with a focus on social media and website content. In addition, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the campaigns in teamwork. Your campaigns will inspire and inform both Wildling customers and prospects. They support the authentic communication of Wildling's products and projects to the outside world and are brand-building. They will also create awareness, support reaching new target groups and encourage interaction with the Wildling community. In doing so, you will work closely with Specialists from Visual Arts, Copywriting, Awareness and Community.

• You take responsibility for the strategy of communication campaigns with a focus on social media and website content with the help of successful teamwork.
• You ensure purpose-driven and targeted communication with your strong and creative campaign ideas.
• You promote authentic storytelling in close coordination with internal teams and other communication channels, ensuring a clear brand identity in our social media accounts (focus on Instagram).
• You interpret data on social media activities, customer feedback and website content (via Google Analytics) to drive interaction and reach.
• You work with our visual arts team to design a modern, fresh look for Wildling's social media accounts in line with our brand values.
• You understand the specifications of the different target groups and optimize the communication campaigns accordingly.v
