Your role:
As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Traffic Manager to join our In-house Creative Agency. You will ensure the efficiency of the workstream of our designers, copywriters and content creators by handling the following tasks:
Be responsible for operational excellence by ensuring that all creative projects (internal and external) are delivered on-time, on budget and on brief
Partner with Brand and Product Marketing, Product development and Sales teams from the intake of creative briefs to the final delivery of all creative work
Ensure the efficiency of the creative development process, maintain all creative resource allocations, including freelancers, and introduce best practices for workflow optimization
Attend project kick-offs and assess incoming creative briefs for completion and clarity
Report directly to the Head of Creative
Your profile:
You bring 3+ years experience running creative operations at an advertising agency or in-house creative environment
You have proven skills in managing large integrated marketing campaigns with a creative team. Strong project management skills are a requirement!
You have a keen sensitivity to creative workload(s), including including print, digital, packaging and social media, and project deadlines with the ability to shift and balance priorities based on the overall volume of work
You are detail-oriented and a problem solver as you meet challenges with proactive solutions
You have a positive attitude towards teamwork and are advocating creative excellence
You are motivated, proactive, independent and respectful
You are confident in communicating both in English and German
Nice to have:
You bring experience working with project management tools, such as Asana
You have experience in producing larger photo / video shoots
