We are currently looking for a bright, energetic and ambitious product owner for our CRM System Salesforce in the Service (hereafter SE) Business Unit.
You will be a part of a highly motivated, dedicated and committed team who is driving the digital transformation in the SE Sales organization. The job is anchored in Sales Support Tools team which is a part of the Global Sales Excellence and Marketing function. In Sales Support Tools we are responsible for digitalizing the Sales Processes and digitalize and harmonize the Sales Tools landscape.
As a Product Owner, you are expected to be able to make decisions, stand by them and explain why they are right. This job is to a great extent about prioritizing and collaborating with stakeholders outside your team, to understand and document business needs & issues and being able to identify the best solutions in close collaboration with our development partner.
The Product Owner plays a key role in the entire end to end process of gathering and understanding requirements, aligning solution proposals, making decisions and driving a change all the way through to implementation and reinforcement. All of above to be done in close collaboration with your peer colleagues inside and outside of SE BU. Experience with a similar role and Salesforce or another CRM platform is valued highly and experience from the Wind Industry or similar sectors would be beneficial.
How to contribute to our vision
Key Responsibilities as part of the role include:
•Requirement Management (Gathering, documenting, aligning)
•Functional developments of certain areas of Salesforce
•Alignment on processes prior to development
•Detailing functional needs to external development partner
•Secure successful deployment of new features and functionalities in Salesforce
•Creation and maintenance of training material
•Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization (incl. train the trainer concept)
•Facilitation of Regional Key User Communities
•Facilitate and address bugs & tickets towards external support team
•Support on various ad hoc admin tasks e.g. master data maintenance
•Support various projects relating to sales and Salesforce
What you need to make a difference
Experience with or passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who...
•Has a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or similar
•Has relevant work experience from similar roles, preferably in international environments and with managerial experience
•Takes responsibility & demonstrates ownership
•Thrives in a dynamic work environment and can keep focus even though many topics require attention
•Possesses a good understanding of Business process management
•Proven experience of working effectively with diverse stakeholders, being an excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver
•Profound understanding of IT architecture
•Advanced Excel user
•Fluent in English (Danish & Spanish would be an advantage)
It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
