How to contribute to our vision

As a Digital Advisor, you are going to lead ideation and innovation in digital product and service developments. You act as a trusted advisor to SGRE executives and business teams to envision the digital future for SGRE. You drive an agile mindset change in SGRE business teams by challenging the status quo and injecting innovative ideas that will transform our company’s business and operating model.

As an integral part of our digital product teams, you represent the business perspective, making sure that our products deliver the most business value to SGRE and its customers. You will focus on defining and validating the customer problem(s) we aim to solve and help us develop new product or service ideas. You support us in prioritizing our product investments based on your commercial and strategic analysis.

Within your Community of Practice, and beyond you optimize our existing products and services. You drive the change needed in their implementation and moderate stakeholder alignment in close collaboration with product management.

Enjoy working as a focused generalist: You are capable of handling different topics and projects at the same time while also speaking up as a valuable expert on strategy creation, process development or change management.

Excitement for venturing into the unknown: We expect you to be hands-on and proactive when it comes to designing the strategy, goals, structure and processes of our product teams and IT/Digital as an organization. You cherish a rapidly changing environment and seize opportunities to grow our footprint in the market, improve processes and foster collaboration.

Being a core driver of the commercial success of our digital products and services: You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen.

Vast stakeholder management skills: You are able to establish yourself as a thought leader within the organization. You excel in creating a diverse and inclusive working environment, demonstrating collaboration across teams and functions.

We expect you to be equally proficient in developing technology-focused strategies and implementing them. You feel at home when it comes to driving new business ideas and change from a customer perspective. You demonstrate situational awareness in adapting to and solving challenges from a business and technology perspective.

You are used to communicate on executive level and have exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills in English and your mother tongue. These skills support your ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers.

For this role, we expect you to have gained relevant years of experience in strategy consulting, product and agile project management or a related field. Excellent academic results and abroad working experiences are a welcomed plus.
