Public Digital, a digital transformation consultancy, is seeking a Director to lead client engagements and build strong relationships with leaders and digital practitioners in large, complex organizations and institutions. The role involves supporting organizations to lead in digital and user-centered approaches, applying expertise in service design, user research, and customer experience. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's rapid growth by generating and developing new leads and helping to strengthen its global reputation. The position offers the opportunity to work part-time or full-time, either remotely or in the London office, with a salary of c£80k - £100k dependent on experience. The company is values-driven and seeks entrepreneurialism, initiative, kindness, and a willingness to pitch in from its employees. The ideal candidate will have experience leading design across an organization with multiple teams, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic and proactive approach to managing and delivering client engagements.   • Lead client engagements and be accountable for delivery, impact, teams, and commercials
  • Develop strong, proactive and highly trusted relationships with leaders and their teams
  • Apply expertise in service design, user research and customer experience to help organizations increase their digital maturity
  • Research and analyze pain points and performance across user journeys
  • Identify, explore and quantify opportunities to improve service experiences
  • Proactively generate new business development leads from your network
  • Contribute to the life and growth of Public Digital as a values-led business


  • Demonstrable experience in service design and service strategy applied in large organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Practical experience in managing and delivering client engagements
  • Collaborative and comfortable working in the open
