The Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC) is seeking a Head of Innovation and Commercialization (f/m/d) to lead the technology transfer activities of the organization. The MDC is a renowned international biomedical research center dedicated to understanding the molecular mechanisms of health and disease with the goal of devising new diagnostics and medicines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of biomedical technologies, identifying and protecting intellectual property, driving commercialization through licensing and spin-off companies, and supporting collaborative research with industry. The position requires a completed degree in life sciences, further education in business administration or comparable professional experience, and professional experience in science, innovation management, and/or technology transfer in academia or industry.
