We offer a growing product landscape to manufacturing companies to support them in identifying, executing, and operating the next steps to their climate-neutral energy supply. Within the companies, we address different stake-holders. We look for a product manager, who is able to identify the specific stake-holders needs with a data-driven process, conduct interviews and work in close collaboration with other teams.
Aufgaben
- You are responsible for identifying the following steps on our product roadmap.
- You actively work with our customers to identify their needs data-driven.
- You work with the UX/UI designer to develop minimal solutions you test with the customers.
- You shape our internal processes and will optimize them with your data-driven mindset.
- You work closely with other departments, such as Engineering and Business Development.
- You analyze customer behavior and propose concrete measures for successful marketing campaigns.
- You directly contribute to the company's long-term goals and have a measurable impact on Kerith's growth and success.
Qualifikation
- Experience in product development.
- Excellent communication and analytic thinking.
- High level of German and English language skills (C2 or above).
- Experience in leading a team and collaborating with others.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Highly motivated and driven by our mission.
