Entrix is a rapidly growing start-up at the forefront of energy transition. Our mission is to make the energy sector more sustainable by providing an optimization and trading platform for battery storage at grid-scale.
And therefore, we need you: A forward-thinking and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing who will lay the foundation for Entrix’s growth ambitions by shaping the commercial strategy for various markets.
Your responsibilities
As our Head of Sales you will be responsible for
- Developing the sales strategies to increase sales, develop leads and close opportunities including hands-on involvement in winning customers
- Developing go-to-market strategies and shaping the commercial roadmap of Entrix
- Leading and building your team of high-performing Sales, Business Development and Marketing experts and ensuring their professional development by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with internal teams, especially with Product Management and Tech Teams, transporting market requirements into the organization
Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Leadership in the Energy Industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Pragmatic, results-oriented, hands-on, and with a strong growth mindset
- Strong understanding of customer needs and a passion for solving their problems
- Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and contribute to revenue growth
- Strong ability to drive our growth in existing and new markets
- Experience navigating complex regulatory regimes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach, develop and inspire a team
- Fluency in English and German is a must

- International experience in different markets

- Experience with Grid Scale Applications
- Experience in commercialising complex software applications
