    <p>South Pole is seeking an Investment Manager for Sustainable Infrastructure Cities. The manager will be responsible for developing and managing sustainable impact funds and other investment vehicles for climate action. They will also be involved in the development of proposals and the implementation of mandates related to infrastructure development and financing in cities. The ideal candidate is a sustainability professional with a strong passion for making a difference in the fight against climate change.</p>
    <h2>Aufgaben</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Manage and supervise large/complex consulting and platform management mandates in the area of infrastructure development and financing throughout their entire project cycle</li><li>Plan and implement mandates to ensure the most efficient and highest-quality implementation</li><li>Interact and build relationships with international, regional, and local clients</li><li>Develop funding/consultancy/action platform, technical assistance proposals</li><li>Provide support on and technical leadership in the development of proposals on infrastructure development and financing</li><li>Develop and improve specialized skills and knowledge linked to topics and services offered by South Pole</li><li>Manage small teams of specialists in a multi-stakeholder and multi-geographies context</li><li>Support the development of South Pole’s thought leadership, services, products, marketing materials, and offerings</li>
    </ul>
    <h2>Anforderungen</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>University degree in infrastructure development and financing and in a sustainability-related field</li><li>Relevant work experience in technical assistance and platform management, sustainability consulting, grant/investment management, knowledge management, stakeholder engagement or other related fields</li><li>Excellent project management skills</li><li>Excellent writing skills</li><li>Excellent stakeholder and client management skills</li><li>Infrastructure-relevant connections</li><li>Deep understanding of environmental sustainability challenges</li><li>Demonstrable commercial skills</li><li>Excellent oral and written skills in English, as well as German, French, or Italian, or any other international language</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
