IT Product Manager (m/f/d)

It manages all company’s activities worldwide from standard setting through services for its partners, marketing, certification management to integrity and serves as legal entity to hold the international GLOBALG.A.P. and GGN (consumer label for GLOBALG.A.P. certified farms) copyrights.

For our IT Assurance Data Services team, we are looking for an IT Product Manager (m/f/d) in full-time (39 h/week) to start immediately. The team is responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of cornerstone GLOBALG.A.P. IT systems for data gathering, processing, and exchange.

• Maintain and develop the company’s information technology products by facilitating knowledge exchange between the technology product and content wise experts/stakeholders - including the assessment of user experience of the new technical feature
• Maintain a high degree of awareness on current and planned functionality for selected information technology products and communicate these functionalities to key internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate service providers for maintenance and development of selected information technology products
• Active business requirement analysis and specification writing for other GLOBALG.A.P. IT systems according to the priorities that the Assurance Data Services team and the IT department has
• Active lead and participation in projects across multiple departments where your IT expertise can be used to reach the project goals

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent
• 1-2 years of working experience related to IT, analyzing IT business requirements and IT product managementl
• Proficient in English (C1 level)
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills to challenge and add value to IT business development as well as abstraction capability
• Communicative and proactive character appreciating a strong team spirit as a natural component for success
