What you'll do:

• Onboarding/Offboarding of employees incl. creating accounts, ordering and provisioning of new laptops and peripherals as well as IT trainings
• Maintaining the office and production PC hardware according to requirements and/or maintenance plans
• Supporting on maintaining of hardware (upgrading/downgrading)
• Resolving general tickets
• Execution of new implementations and repairs of hardware
• Execution and supporting in network maintenance
• Software distribution on office side
• Supporting in execution of safety and security measures
• Document IT policies and procedures

You are a great match if you:

• successfully completed studies as an Engineer / Technician in the field of computer sciences / communications or electrical engineering /system integration or equivalent education would be a plus
• good knowledge in the area of network design and management
• structured working style, you are project-focused, being on time and on the budget, dynamic, flexible
• good German and English language skills
