You will build the people function at CleanHub and greatly influence the culture we are building. We want CleanHub to be a place employees choose because they see purpose in our work and because it is the best place to develop their professional skills further, no matter what the seniority level is. Your responsibilities include:
Manage the recruiting process end-to-end to attract top talent
Ensure every new staff member has a fantastic onboarding experience
Support leadership with people development (training, compensation plans, etc.)
Ensure that every employee has a regular review.
Setup, conduct, and act on Employee Surveys
Supports wider leadership team with HR-related topics
Ensures healthy and vivid team culture although a great portion of the teams working from home (e.g., by organizing team Team Events)
Support Management with HR Planning, Culture, and Internal Communications
Ensure our HR software and personal files are up-to-date
Conduct all necessary HR-related admin tasks
- University degree
- Passionate about people and culture
- Fluent in English, German would be nice

Nice to haves
- Previous work experiences in HR
- Experience in building culture in remote/hybrid setups
- Previous success in hiring great talent into companies without much of an employer brand
- Setup HR structures before and has a good understanding of legal frameworks in Germany
