Intro

We are looking for a Marketing Manager in the Hydrogen Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting H-TEC SYSTEMS as a green hydrogen solution provider and innovative company through marketing activities. They will also be responsible for communicating the company's brand and product value proposition to target segments through well-researched, innovative messages and content development as well as campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with business development, sales, technical departments, external partners, and industry contacts. They will develop marketing concepts, support content creation and management for external channels, and ensure that the created media is technically accurate and strategically aligned. The Marketing Manager will also manage marketing channels and social media presences, develop platform-specific strategies, monitor the development of the marketing channels based on relevant KPIs, and create insightful analyses and reports with recommendations for action. Additionally, they will develop lead funnel management along the customer journey and support event and trade fair marketing. The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or communication, or other relevant areas, and a minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience in a technical B2B context. They should have excellent English language skills, spoken and written, as well as fluent German skills. Experience with Microsoft Office tools and Sharepoint is required, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Typo 3 CMS Systems, or similar tools is preferred. Occasional business travel may be required.

Aufgaben

  • Promote H-TEC SYSTEMS as a green hydrogen solution provider and innovative company through marketing activities
  • Communicate the H-TEC’s brand and product value proposition to target segments through well-researched, innovative messages and content development as well as campaigns
  • Plan and implement interdisciplinary and cross-media product campaigns in line with marketing and corporate strategy
  • Work closely with business development, sales, technical departments, external partners, and industry contacts
  • Develop marketing concepts and support content creation as well as content management for external channels
  • Ensure the created media is technically accurate and strategically aligned, while also adhering to our brand guidelines
  • Manage our marketing channels and social media presences, and develop platform-specific strategies
  • Monitor the development of the marketing channels based on the relevant KPIs and create insightful analyses and reports as well as recommendations for action
  • Develop the lead funnel management along the customer journey
  • Support event and trade fair marketing

Anforderungen

  • Degree in marketing or communication, or other relevant areas
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience in a technical B2B context
  • Working style characterized by independence, reliability, and a high level of initiative
  • Eye for detail, quality, and strategic thinking
  • Organizational and coordination talent with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent English language skills, spoken and written, as well as fluent German skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools and Sharepoint
  • Ideally, experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Typo 3 CMS Systems or similar tools
  • Open to occasional business travel
