    <p>krisenchat is a psychosocial counselling service that provides support to children, adolescents, and adults affected by the war in Ukraine. They offer crisis intervention and chat consultation in Ukrainian and Russian. They are looking for a Mentor (Psychologist) who can provide support to their volunteer counsellors and assist with chat consultations.</p>
    <h2>Aufgaben</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Chat consultation (including evenings and weekends)</li><li>Assessing and accompanying chats that deal with acute moments of endangerment</li><li>Supporting our volunteer counselors and interns with content-related questions</li><li>Providing support and feedback on our conceptual development, in particular in the areas of trauma, PTSD, and the topic of refugees</li><li>Participation in internal meetings, intervision, and supervision</li><li>Administrative tasks</li>
    </ul>
    <h2>Anforderungen</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Confident in speaking and writing in Ukrainian and Russian</li><li>Confident in internal communication in English (not necessarily counselling)</li><li>Degree in psychology or at least three years of other relevant professional experience</li><li>Clinical knowledge of problems and disorders in children and adolescents and trauma</li><li>Ideally, first-hand practical experience in the accompaniment and counselling or crisis intervention for children, adolescents or adults under stress</li><li>Very high level of resilience in critical situations</li><li>Feeling for sensitive communication and knowledge of resonance</li><li>Good self-regulation skills</li><li>Ability for self-reflection</li><li>Flexibility, fun and curiosity in testing digital support services</li><li>Ability to work in a team and independently</li>
