As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Office & Workplace Manager to work from our office in Berlin.
In this role, you will shape the workplace experience for our Carbmee team, foster collaboration and inclusion for our remote and in-person team members and ensure a smooth running and great working environment in our Berlin office.

Manage the full office structure and become the organizational heart of the company ensuring that the workplace runs efficiently
Work independently on a variety of tasks, such as maintaining office space & infrastructure, visitors and travel management, handling internal and external communication, organizing meetings & remote events, managing office supplies
Take ownership over workplace experience, create a feel-good atmosphere and proactively participate in providing a great onboarding and employee experience both for the in-person and remote Carbmee teams
Take care, manage, and handle different type of administrative tasks, documents, contracts and tools management, accounting and invoice processing, and coordinate efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders
Build loyal relationships with our team members, identify their main challenges and needs, and uncover new opportunities to increase employee engagement by organizing (remote) events and team activities
Work closely with the Head of Operations & Strategy, support our Co-Founders in their daily tasks and coordinate with People & Culture managers for employee experience related activities
Bring in new ideas and creative solutions to improve our internal processes and foster cross-team and remote collaboration
Previous experience in office management, workplace operations or employee experience roles in a start-up & fast-paced environment
German at a native-speaker level and fluent English language skills are a must
Very good written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to details
Positive, open-minded and creative personality with a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills towards any projects or challenges you may face in your daily work
You are a motivated and friendly team player, excited to work both independently and collaboratively with the rest of the Operations team

Carbmee is an Enterprise Software Company that offers an Environmental Intelligence System, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprint by analyzing CO2 hotspots in your value chain. By linking emissions derived from materials, transactions, logistics and supplier data in real-time with globally recognized standards and methods, we calculate CO2 footprints at a supplier-specific level. This is the basis for subsequent reductions of CO2 emissions throughout the value chain.
