The Operations Design Specialist position at Siemens Gamesa is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a strong understanding of wind industry service operations. The successful candidate will play a central role in the development and expansion of SGRE's pipeline of new offshore windfarms in the Northern Europe & Middle East region, acting as the voice of service operations within the sales process. They will be responsible for designing safe, efficient, and sustainable future operational models for NE&ME service sales bids, utilising operational standards and industry best practices. Effective stakeholder management skills are also paramount as the Operations Design Specialist must liaise and coordinate activities between multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop accurate and competitive offshore service operational models. The role requires approximately 25% travel to different project, customer, and office locations across the NE&ME region. The successful applicant will be joining a team of 3 other Operations Design Specialists and 4 Operational Readiness Specialists, reporting directly to the NE&ME Operational Readiness Programme Manager.
