Intro

The People Operations Manager position at Qwello is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about shaping the future of e-mobility. As a key member of the People & Culture department, you will be responsible for HR operations, employee well-being, and fostering a positive work environment. You will have the chance to work with an international and diverse team, and play a crucial role in building up the department from the ground up. Aufgaben

  • Manage HR operations including payroll, document requests, and employee contracts
  • Implement the best HRIS tool
  • Take care of the well-being, happiness, and development of all employees
  • Execute and improve employee onboarding procedures
  • Plan and organize team events and offsites
  • Create and maintain a great office environment
  • Support Talent Acquisition efforts when needed

Anforderungen

  • Degree in business administration, HR, psychology or a comparable course of study
  • Basic understanding of German labour law
  • Previous experience in a People & Culture role (preferably within a startup) and have first hands-on experience in working with HR tools
  • Interest in the electromobility and sustainability space
  • Strong communication skills in writing and verbally, both in German and in English
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a high level of initiative
  • Eye for detail and enjoy getting to the bottom of things
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Open to learning and want to develop your skill and knowledge
