NexWafe is a renewable energy semiconductor manufacturing company based in Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. They are currently seeking a Process Development Engineer Silicon Epitaxy (f/m/d) to join their team. As a Silicon Epitaxy Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and stabilizing the deposition processes carried out at the inline silicon epitaxy plant based on the principle of chemical vapor deposition. You will work closely with the Process and Plant Development group to optimize processes and process flows to improve the required quality, throughput, and uptime. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on mentality, a sense of responsibility, and a structured and transparent way of working. A Master's/Bachelor's degree in the field of physics, chemistry, natural or engineering sciences is required, along with good team and communication skills and fluency in German and English.
