Procurement Manager - EV Charging Station Hardware (f,m,x)

Your mission
- Negotiate and execute highly demanding contracts with suppliers in collaboration with different departments
- Support the development, implementation and execution of Hardware Category Strategy functions
- Monitor the supply market using benchmarks and category indices
- Manage contract items and monitor contract metrics to develop corrective actions
- Coordinate identified improvement opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies in order to develop action plans
- Develop and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships with business partners while evaluating and improving suppliers’ performance KPIs
- Networking with all departments to ensure early involvement of procurement and alignment with different stakeholders
- Develop and implement cross functional procurement tasks such as: procurement processes & tools, contract management, savings plans & efficiency measurement
- Operational procurement - process procurement requests into purchase orders
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering or comparable background
- 7+ years’ experience in strategic and operational procurement, ideally in Hardware, Electronics, Automotive
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Strong target orientation
- Detail-oriented working style
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in German and English
- Advanced MS office skills
