Intro

The Product Owner (CRM) job at Statkraft is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading clean energy company that has been in the industry for over a century. The company is committed to renewable energy and is looking for a Product Owner who can drive continuous improvement of processes and tools in close collaboration with internal stakeholders in Origination, Operations and Risk, internal IT, and external vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the CRM Product strategically, tactically, and operationally, and will work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs. The position is located in Düsseldorf, Germany, and limited travel will be required. Aufgaben

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Lead the design efforts on the solution concept and then implement changes and new features within agreed timescales
  • Build a long-term roadmap with business owners and super users supporting their strategic ambitions
  • Align and prioritize together with other product owners to ensure the optimal system landscape for Statkraft
  • Drive new process and system design, focused on balancing cost control with improving quality and speed
  • Set sprint goals, lead sprint planning and retrospective as well as daily alignments
  • Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints
  • Analyse preferences and requests of end users
  • Refine agile methodology based on results and internal stakeholder feedback
  • Keep track of industry trends

Anforderungen

  • Relevant university degree, preferable a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
  • Experienced Product Owner for IT products
  • Experience with Sales and Operations in Energy industry and Salesforce ecosystem
  • Strong process design, automation, and technical skills to enable lean and automated process solutions
  • Agile/scrum experience or certification preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong cross team collaboration with an ability to effectively influence decisions, direction, and outcomes
  • Demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. An additional European language would be an advantage.
