Intro

The Program and Community Manager position at Tomorrow's University of Applied Sciences is a remote job opportunity based in Berlin, Germany. As the first open digital university in Germany, Tomorrow's University is on a mission to build a student-centered challenge-based learning platform that empowers change-makers to create a better tomorrow. The Program and Community Manager will work closely with the Program and Community Lead, Program Directors, and Learning Experience team to shape the program experience and build a strong community. This is an exciting role with many opportunities to learn and take on responsibility from day one. The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting and engaging people, a generalist mindset, and a passion for sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology. Aufgaben

  • Ensure seamless program experience for learners and efficient delivery for team
  • Facilitate virtual events and coordinate challenge owners, mentors, and learners
  • Prepare onboarding weeks and onboard new learners
  • Track learners' progress and answer their questions
  • Draft weekly briefings and event teasers
  • Answer learners' questions and coordinate with program team
  • Improve notion workspace and ensure community members set up and use profiles
  • Understand learners' needs and create touchpoints between learners
  • Make connections between community members and organize speaker events and meet-ups

Anforderungen

  • Experience in supporting and engaging people, ideally in a community-based product
  • Generalist mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Love for supporting and connecting with people
  • Ownership mentality and eagerness to dive into details
  • Experience in customer success role at early-stage startup (preferred)
  • Experience with no-code tools and platforms like Notion and Slack (preferred)
  • Passion for sustainability, entrepreneurship, and technology
  • High level of integrity, curiosity, and growth mindset
  • High degree of independence, initiative, and proactivity
