The Research Associate - Land Rights and Climate Change (m/f/x) (100%) position at TMG Research in Berlin is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sustainability topics such as land rights and climate change. TMG Research is a Berlin-based research organization that works on responsible governance and sustainability issues in the areas of sustainable management and responsible governance of land and oceans, food systems, and climate. The successful candidate will support the strategic development of a dedicated program on climate and land tenure issues and the implementation of projects on securing land rights and identifying pathways to better integrate land tenure into the Rio Convention. The position requires at least a Master's degree in social and political science, agricultural economy, development and international studies, geography, or a related field or equivalent vocational qualification, at least 3-5 years of experience working on land tenure issues and/or climate change adaptation and mitigation programs, and excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
