The SEO & Content Marketing Manager position is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven expert to make a meaningful impact at RaiseNow. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a rich content/editorial calendar, collaborating with various stakeholders to produce relevant content, and growing new leads through calls-to-action and lead generation content. The role also involves managing and assigning tasks to a working student, monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions, and owning the SEO strategy. The ideal candidate should have past experience producing content for the web, be dual-minded, and have a good working knowledge of key reporting and analytics tools. The position offers flexibility around working time and place, 5 weeks paid annual leave, and additional PTO days per year.   • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar
  • Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, freelance writers and industry experts to produce relevant content
  • Grow new leads, including Marketing Qualified leads
  • Manage, teach and assign tasks to our Content Marketing & SEO working student
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry
  • Own our SEO strategy and ensure our content production is in line with it
  • Measure content performance to drive readership and conversions
  • Ensure editorial consistency across all marketing materials and across multiple departments within RaiseNow


  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge
  • Experience in driving views to take action
  • Proficiency in content management and marketing automation technology
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English with excellent writing skills
