Within this context we are excited to be adding to our team and are offering an opportunity to join us as an expert Talent Acquisition - Strategic Sourcing Associate (f/m/x) .
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage and create an exceptional and diverse network of candidates, that will help grow our Native Instruments team
- In collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team and People Partners, you will consult with hiring managers on their recruiting needs to create individual talent sourcing strategies
- Using a variety of sourcing platforms, you will create shortlists and longlists of talent for active requirements
- Always looking for new and innovative ways to uncover hidden and diverse talent, you will test and suggest new channels for candidate engagement
- Develop and nurture proactive talent pools and candidates for future requirements, from engagement to ongoing communication
- Provide market insights to our Talent Acquisition team to support finding the right candidates and providing advice to stakeholders
- Help organise and host recruitment and industry events
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a Sourcing or Talent Acquisition related role, either with an in-house or agency tech hiring focus
- Practical experience in working with familiar sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to succeed in a target driven environment and in using data to evidence your recommendations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, you are able to perform multiple tasks and deadlines without losing track of your goals
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
