Your tasks will include:

• You will part of an international & dynamic HR team in our Headquarters in Berlin, with report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, and contribute in the development of our renewable energy business globally.
• Responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring new colleagues for diverse positions for designed Business Units and Countries across Europe.
• You will achieve the full end to end recruitment lifecycle: briefing, design job descriptions, source of candidates, screening, assessments, interviews, negotiation with candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies (talent pipelines, social media, developing and maintain contacts with universities, alumni groups, vendors & channels management).
• Attend job fairs and graduate recruitment events.
• Reporting with recruitment metrics & proactive approach to improvement of processes.
• Provide an excellent candidate and stakeholders management experience.
• Work on recruitment projects with other Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues and share knowledge and best practices.

Your Profile:

• Work experience in recruitment or sourcing (highly desired as executive search or agency recruitment consultant).
• Working experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environments is a plus.
• Academical background (psychology, economics, business administration, engineering, law, physiology) highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, cross-cultural and interpersonal skills, integrity, teamwork, service orientation and hands-on approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Fluent in English and German skills, other languages is a plus.
