MPB, the world's largest online platform for used photography and videography equipment, is seeking a US CRM Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the company's ambitious CRM marketing strategy for the US audience, driving engagement with customers and prospects at all stages of their customer lifecycle. The role involves designing, planning, and executing multichannel communications, reporting on their performance against specific KPIs, and bringing the MPB brand to life via CRM channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in email marketing, marketing automation technology, and a passion for personalization and data-driven customer experience.   • Design, build and manage multichannel marketing campaigns for our US audience
  • Own the management, execution and reporting of all US email marketing activity
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on channel, journey and customer activity against specific KPIs
  • Work with the Central CRM Manager to plan and execute email, SMS and DM, and on-product communications to the MPB customer base
  • Provide recommendations for new and existing email campaigns, including automations
  • Provide support for the creation and management of emails to MPB’s affiliate and media partners
  • Identify and maximize US 1st party data capture opportunities
  • Manage and optimize our US refer-a-friend program and US loyalty program
  • Develop and manage a market testing plan across digital channels
  • Look after the day-to-day relationships with suppliers, including Email Service Providers, Direct Mail and other third parties
  • Compile key campaign and channel performance metrics, and apply analysis
  • Support Head of CRM and other marketing functions with various ad hoc projects as required


  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools
  • Working understanding of CRM marketing concepts, best practices and legal frameworks, particularly for US markets
  • Specialization in engagement
  • Experience with testing (ex. A/B testing)
  • Experience within a CRM marketing, or similar role
  • Experience with on-product optimisation, loyalty, refer-a-friend and SMS platforms
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with data and ability to think critically
