Visual Designer (f/m/x)

• Create the ads for our paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)  in cooperation with the Performance Marketing Manager

• Design the newsletters in collaboration with the CRM Team 

• Make sure the headers on our website and IG shop and our landing pages look on fleek with the Onsite Team

• You constantly look for new ways to develop our ads and newsletters

• Work closely with other designers of the Creative Studio and other teams

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design meetings and creative workshops 

• Solid graphic design background: You ideally have experience in the performance sector as a designer

• Excellent German and good English skills

• The programs Photoshop, AfterEffects, Illustrator and InDesign are your BFF’s

• Motion and video design knowledge

• You have the desire to design scroll-stopping ads and newsletters and are very passionate about graphic design in general

• You are a team-player and strive for collaboration, but also work proactively & independently

• Interest in current design trends and the latest technologies in the design field

• You are passionate about revolutionizing beauty with us.
