Currently we are looking to hire an Werkstudent in Data Science at KONUX. Among the things we do here, one of them is to measure vibrations of the railway traffic. The internship involves developing a robust method or model for segmenting out specific patterns in the vibration signals related to passing traffic over the IIOT sensors deployed at the track.

Your Impact
- Writing scripts in Python
- Building a dataset based on domain knowledge
- Deriving features from the data from which the patterns to be segmented can be determined
- Developing a method or a model. By e.g. the use of machine learning algorithms like neural networks.

Things you bring to the table
- Currently studying for a degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Familiar to work with Python
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of machine learning
