Student Assistant

(Wissenschaftliche / Studentische Hilfskraft)

for our Impact Winter School

(15-20 hours per week)

The goal of the impact winter school is to enable students to develop practice-oriented solutions to reach the UN Sustainable Development Goals by using technologies of the future, with this year’s focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI). Its main component will be a 5-day hackathon in January 2023.

Primary Tasks:

• Internal and external partner management
• Management of external communication channels including social media
• Support in monitoring and evaluation
• General support in organizing and realizing the Impact Winter School, e.g. administration, accounting, data management, communication with participants

Prerequisites

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and basic knowledge of German (reading and understanding)
• Sound Microsoft Office skills, good knowledge in current digital tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours and to work independently and reliably
